Protect Document

I need to set up an excel file like a template. I need my users to be able
to tab to each box and enter required information daily. I do not want them
to be able to tab anywhere but the required cells and I do not want them to
be able to change the formula of each cell.

If I protect the document they can't change anything and how do I make it
tab to only the required cells

There are several methods to achieve this.

If your cells to TAB to are in left to right and top to bottom sequence you
can select those cells and unlock them.

Then enable sheet protection. The TAB key will take your users through the
sequence.

If in a top to bottom right to left sequence, if using Excel 2002 or 2003,
when protecting the sheet you have the option of setting only "select unlocked
cells".

The <ENTER> key can then be set to move down after entry.
