Prompts for password 3 times with PRF file

Im using the /importprf switch to import a PRF that Ive created with the CIW,
however Im prompted to put in my password 3 times
If I then dont use the /importprf switch (ie just startup Outlook normally)
it only prompts once
Can someone please suggest what to do - ive spent weeks on this one

What accounts etc. are being configured by the PRF file? What password(s) are you being prompted for? Does this happen to all users or just a few?

Its connecting to an Exchange Server, and is prompting for the normal mailbox
password
This happens to all users

I *think* its a problems to do with authentication. Because if the PC is
connected to a Domain, and the domain password (which is the same as the
mailbox password) is entered at the initial PC's bootup logon, then it wont
prompt 3 times. However if the PC is connected to a Workgroup (& not using
Roaming Profiles), and the email password is entered only when Outlook
starts, then the email password is prompted for 3 times. All of our PC's are
the latter example.
