Progress Meter

I have a form that has a progress meter on it. Is there a
way to make the form pop up and run the progress meter
without having it wait for user input (i.e., without
having the user click on a command button on the progress
meter form)? I don't want to have to click a command
button. Then, after the progress meter runs, I want the
progress meter form to disappear.
