Programmatic launch of PPC Web page

Dear All,
Can anyone tell me how to access a web address/URL from a
PPC Phone edition web form, using the .Net Compact
Framework. I succeeded in opening Pocket I.E. from a web
form within the emulator using the ProfileInfo class
within C#, but was unable to programmatically pass the
opening URL/address/file to P.I.E. Thanks in advance.
