programatically install cabs into memory or storage card

Hi,

I'd like to be able to install cabs and be able to specify the location
where the cab will install to. On PPC 2003 when you click on a cab it
installs it into the memory. On Smartphone 2003 when you click on a cab it
prompts asking you where you would like it to be installed. I'm planning
on using createprocess to install the cab on ppc but was wondering if
anyone knew if there are cmd parameters to specify a location. Obviously
its possible because active sync can do it and it just copies cabs over.
