Program won't run under USER

At our office, we use Nortel Contivity to access an
outside network. As long as the user is logged in with
administrative priviledges, Nortel connects fine.
However, when the user is logged in with USER
priviledges, we get the following error message: Login
Failure due to: Driver Failure. I really don't want to
give all of the users administrative priviledges just to
allow them to run this program. Any ideas what to change
to get Nortel to work under USER priviledges??

You could try running REGMON and FILEMON from http://sysinternals.com/ and
try to determine what that application is doing. Then apply the necessary
reg and file permissions to allow a regular user to execute the program.
Based on the error you are seeing I wonder if it is failing because a user
does not have the user right to load/unload drivers.

This was an issue with a particular version of client (I dont remember
which) but if you upgrade to the latest it should be fine.
