"Program trying to access...

I've disabled Word and run Norton Antispam updates but still it persists

Any other thoughts--it's becoming rather inconvenient

Thanks, Erik

Sue, thanks for your reply.

The only program I have that is listed at slipstick is Norton Antispam and there is no update for this product.

Do I need to uninstall Norton Antispam or could it be something else?

Thanks, Erik

If you run NAS Live Update, you should get the updated version.

Sue

I've run Live Update and checked their website. I have the latest NAS but the problem remains

Thanks,

Erik

Then look for another cause. As the information at
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems explains, a number
of add-ins may be triggering such a security prompt.

Also note: The newsgroup interface you are using apparently does not quote
earlier messages in the thread, making your latest message so short on
detail that you risk not getting the answer you're looking for. Please take
the time to quote the original message.

It's also possible that you have other programs installed that interface
with Outlook that aren't on that list.

Thanks for the tip.

Previously, I've looked on Slipstick. The only program I 'm using that is
listed there is Norton AntiSpam. I've run the Live Update and I've
checked Symantec's site for any update--one does not exist. I've disabled
Word in Outlook.
Despite these measures the problem remains. I'm assuming I'll have to
uninstall Norton ANtiSpam until there is an update?
thanks, erik
