Program to print multiple copies of an image per page

Is there a freeware program that will print multiple copies of an image
on each piece of paper. I have a picture that I want to print ten

You could try that with a businesscard/label maker, I used to have a small
freeware program that would just simply allow you to print any graphic as a
businesscard, I'm not sure of the name, it was something like "Financial
Freedom Cardmaker"

Firegraphic has very flexible and easy-to-use printing features.

Firegraphic is so full of features it takes a week of playing with it to
find them all. The multi-window feature is unique and pretty sort of cool.

Another small program worth trying is ArcSoft PhotoPrinter 2.0 LE:

It has a schmaltzy interface, but is a really nice program. Doesn't handle
PNG yet, but probably in the next release. It's a keeper!
