Program Starting Security Option

Since I started to use a new computer with Vista Home Premium, all three
programs from Xara (Webstyle 4, 3D and Xtreme) have problems in starting.
Based on their Support suggestions, I am supposed to make sure I run the
programs As Administrator and if continued with problems to "Check the
starting security option of webstyle, enable the option "start as
administrator" .
How one can check or enable the STARTING SECURITY OPTION?

Right click the shortcut for the program and select Properties. Click the
Advanced Button and place a check mark in the "Run As Administrator" option.
