Program Self-installed into my browser

I recently visited a site my buddy sent to me that had a
virtual card addressed to me. Upon going to the site, I
now notice there is an option in teh menu when I right
click in the windo area of teh browser. The option
says "<<free porn Gallery>>". This is intersting since
the card I was sent was not porn at all. The websire
somehow installed this on my PC/browser in order to give
m ethis option when I right click. I cannot for teh life
of me figure out how to remove the program! I cannot even
find it! Anyone know what i can do to get rid of this
crap??? I appreciate any help I can get on this.
