program not listed in add remove programs which I need to delete

When I tried to install Nero 7 on my computer I got a message that there was
a newer version on the computer and it needed to be removed. When I went to
the add remove program screen there was no Nero program shown. I have heard
that there is a program that will list all programs that can be removed even
if they arn't list in add remove program list. Does anyone know about this
program or have any idea how I can remove this program? I have done a search
of the computer for "nero" and nothing was found.

I don't know of any such program, but I believe that Nero has a clean-up
utility. Check on their website. If that doesn't work, contact Nero
tech support for help.
