Program not found error

Hi
Can someone please help a dumb Aussie. My computer comes
up with "windows cannot find Program.exe" everytime I go
to run a internet explorer link in emails desktops in
anything.

Hi Dave,

Was this an upgrade install? Either way, see if anything here helps and
hope all goes well:

This generally corrects the issue, check your settings here:

Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/File Types. Scroll down to
URL:HyperText Transfer Protocol/Advanced/Edit.

Under Application used to perform action it should read:
"C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -nohome

Also go to IE/Tools/Internet Options/Programs and check off Internet
Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser and Reset Web
Settings.

At times from running Virus cleaners, removing syware, etc. the Winsock2
settings become 'broken', this utility corrects it:
