Program Manger (progman.exe)

I have been using the Program Manager in all my computers for years. I have
used it in Windows 3.1, 3.5, 95, 98, 98SE, 2000, 2000 Pro, XP, and XP Pro.
now that I have Windows Vista I want to use my Program Manager again. I
copied the progman.exe from my XP Pro machine to my new computer and when I
try to run the Program Manager it states the following: File
ExtractIconResInfoW is missing from the entry point of Shell 32.dll. Please
help I do not want to give up my Program Manager. Thanks in advance for any
assistance you can provide. Dave.
