Program is Hiding

It shows in the task bar.
Task Manager says it's running.
I can't see it.

The program is "Pick Switcher" used to change image files
to a different format. (.tif to .jpg), (.jpg to .gif).

I reloaded the program, but that didn't help.
I need help.

How does the program work? It may simply enable a menu item when you right
click an image file.

The program doesn't work.
When it did work, it started with the .exe file or from a "convert command"
in a menu.

Am I missing some files, or is something turned off in (services)?

I recently uninstalled an ATI dual head card and software, and a Pinnacle
Program.

Good question. I don't know. I will try to find it.
Do you know how to find a window off screen?

Is it off screen?

You can try tiling your windows or cascading. R/c blank place in Taskbar.

Practise with a window you can see.
Alt + Space - M, up and left arrows.

I got the answer and found it. It was off screen.
This is the method: Alt+Spacebar+M. Then use arrow keys to move it back.
