Program Installation Problems

I installed an older program under the original Administrator a/c in XPHome
in regular mode. I then set up another admin a/c, which made the original
admin a/c hidden except for safe mode. I cannot install this same program
under the new Admin a/c. I keep getting an error message - cannot access
files. It dosen't matter where I try to get the program from - cd, sandisk,
etc., I still get the error message. If I run the computer in safe mode I can
access the file and it works fine. What I want to do is get the file out of
the original Admin a/c, and into the regular Admin a/c. I have tried using
the share file, but the files are still inaccessable unless in safe mode. The
file cannot be removed using add/remove programs because it is not listed. I
did go to the folder and deleted it and its in the recycle bin. Any help with
this would be greatly appreciated so that I can use the program.
