Program I want to remove is not listed in Add/Remove Programs

The title pretty much says it all. The program isn't listed anywhere in the
Add/Remove Programs list. I tried the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility,
but it doesn't appear in that list either. I want to remove this program and
install an upgraded version, but I can't seem to find a way to get rid of it.
Any ideas?

Sure, it's WaveLab 4.0, by Steinberg.

I can see it now... this is gonna be one of those days....

Have you check under this program group or in the program's directory, so as
to see if there is an un-install process?

Yup. Let me give you some more information that I forgot to mention earlier.
The program icon only appears as a shortcut on the desktop, but not in the
Start Menu Program List. I went to the folder where the installation
software for WaveLab is stored, and clicked on the Uninstall program, but
that didn't work either.

Thanks for the info. I found the software in Regedit under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software, and in no other place in the Registry. I'm not a
big fan of tinkering around in Regedit, so before I do anything, I just want
to make sure: I just need to right click and delete, and the program will be
gone--correct? Anything else I need to do? Thanx.
