Program has encountered an error and needs to close. What do I do

Everytime I tart to use the program, it "has run into an error and needs to
shut down" then it goes away. I am not happy!

Version of Outlook? Does it work if you start outlook in safe mode?

note that uninstalling outlook rarely fixes problems that other methods
won't fix.
