Program Freezing

My HP Pavilion a250n came pre-loaded with WindowsXP and
the NVIDIA nView program. When I play APBA Baseball
before playing any other game, everything works fine. But
if I play LinksLS or Bicycle Card Games and then try to
play Baseball, Baseball freezes and will not open. When I
attempt to close and restart my computer, I get the
following message:

"NVIDIA TwinView Window
Ending program. Please wait."

This is followed by a second message:
"This program is not responding. To return to Windows and
check the status of the program, click Cancel.

If you choose to end the program immediately, you will
lose any unsaved data. To end the program now, click End
Now."

I have no idea what NVIDIA nView is supposed to do. I
would like to remove it from my computer so all the games
will play, but I'm concerned I will mess up everything if
I remove this program.

I would appreciate assistance and advice.

Hi Jerry,

Sounds like the other games are causing conflicts by
not releasing all of the memory they used. This utility
may help: http://download.com.com/3000-2086-10182544.html?tag=lst-0-1
mind you, it's just as quick to reboot after playing the
games which are causing this error to occur. :)
