Here's the scenario. In setting up security I wanted to have every one use
the same screen saver. I went around to every computer in the computer and
configured it. I forgot to do it on one computer. Could I copy another
users profile to accomplish this. Also we use local GPO's for our security.

Hello Georgedschneider,
Thank you for posting in the Windows XP VAP newsgroup!
From your post, my understanding on this issue is: You would like to set
screen saver for one client by copying another user profile. If I
misunderstood it, please let me know.

Based on my research, screen saver cannot be configured by copying user
profile directly. Instead, I would recommend you to setup it by using Group
Policy. To do so, you may locate
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Control Panel\Display:
Enable the "Screen Saver", "Screen saver executable name" and "screen saver
timeout" policy.

I hope the information helps. If there¡¯s any further question, please feel
free to post back.
