Product Supporter - Critical error report

Every time I start my computer up I am getting this message:
Critical integration error occured
A possible reading for this error is unauthorized memory sharing by
applications installed on the system.

Can somebody tell me what this is and what I need to do. Im not very
computer minded just starting out. Could it damage my computer?

Go to Start/Run, and type:

HH mk:mad:MSITStore:%windir%\Help\update1.chm::/DET_overview.htm

You might decide to uninstall the conflicting software. On the other hand,
you might decide to set the DEP to ignore the conflict, or turn it off all
together.

If you did not understand the directions, you should probably try to find
local help with it.
