Product key not accepted for Outlook 2007 CD installation

Trying to install new Outlook 2007 CD - when asked for Product Key from
package, when I type in the number I think is the key, tells me that "0's"
are invalid digits in Product Key. Then I try a different number from
sticker-- tells me that "1's" are invalid digits in Product Key. There are
no other number series on this "authenticy sticker" for me to try to enter as
the Product Key -- any ideas???

Could they be an O and I instead?
