Please help, I have to reactivate my copy of XP Pro due to major hardware
change, I have also been deleting files within C drive as other users have
been playing about, it would seem that somewhere I have made a right cock up
and deleted something i should not have. This has become apparent as the
Product Activation Wizard will no longer run. I have reinstalled the OOBE
files from my XP CD but without sucess, can anyone help please?

What hardware did you change? If your changes included the
motherboard then you need to do a Repair Install of Windows XP as per
http://michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.html

If you did not change the motherboard then try running the System File
Checker in Windows XP. Open a Command Prompt window (Start - Run -
CMD) and enter the following command:

SFC /SCANNOW

Good luck
