A few months ago I purchased FrontPage 2002 and
installed/activated it on a Win98SE PC. I have since
purchased a new PC. If I uninstall FP 2002 from my older
PC, can I install/activate the same licensed copy of FP
2002 on my new PC?

When you go through the activation process, choose phone and you'll get a
new activation authorization.

You can, but you'll need to call MS product support. When going through the
process of activation choose the telephone option. You can then inform the
MS product support people that you've bought a new machine and are moving
your software and need to be able to activate it on the new machine now that
it is removed from the old.
