Product accept decline print page coming up

Everytime I start Outlook 2003 the accept/decline/print product page appears
and have to accept to get in. The product has been activated..
How do I stop it?

are you using a limited user acct? log into the admin acct and open one of
the office programs and accept it - it should stick after that.
