ok i got a computer with ASUS P4SD-LA motherboard Intel Pentium 4 2.8 GHz
Hyper-Threading, 800 MHz Front side, Socket mPGA478.

Can i install a new Intel® Pentium® 4 processor 520J° HT on my motherboard
because i just recently got SP2 and i would like to have Execute Disable Bit
capability, my processor doesn't support (DEP) Data Execution Prevention.

I believe the Intel 5 and 6 series Processors use socket T that have 775
pins therefore you will need a new motherboard
that has socket T since your current Motherboard uses the 478 pin socket
