"ProcessGPOs: MyGetUserName failed with 1722"

Found this error "ProcessGPOs: MyGetUserName failed with
1722" on our USENV.Log file. The only thing I could find
was Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 821102, which refers
to "GetUserNameEx failed with 1908" This MKBA refers to
applying a Hotfix. Will this fix my problem? Also, this
Hotfix may cause other problems within our environment?

Error 1722 means "The RPC Server is unavailable". Either you are having DNS
issue or something is blocking your network traffic. Can you post your
ipconfig /all (client) ?
