Processes in Task Manager

I have processes that re-appear in task manager after I
end them. Some of the processes are qyak.exe, fhujr.exe,
kopj3f.exe, vrj4.exe. Google searches come up empty for
these file names.

I do not find the file names anywhere on the system using
windows explorer and checking hidden and system files. I
have admin rights and I selected to serch C:\ and all
subdirectories.

The computer in question is suspected of being infected
but a scan with F-prot didn't turn up any viruses.

Is it possible that a process can show up in task manager
but not have a file with the same name? Can the process
name be spooofed? Or does the Windows explorer possibly
miss the files somehow? Would "dir /s" from a command
prompt work better in finding files?

TIA,
