Ok guys in my old comp i was using a Celeron D 2.4ghz, far from great i know, do you think that for gaming an AMD Sempron (2800?)would be better? On paper its about 400mhz slower or somthing however ive heard alot about amd processers and ive kinda got an inkling for one :blush:

if i were you, i would go with a 939 3500 AMD64. i think its a bang for your buck

whats the rest of the system spec ? an AMD 939 based system would be the best route to go but without the other specs and a budget its hard to reccomend something

Me want somthing cheap. me like cheap. me no like intel. me no like currys. me no like pc world either. me want somthing around the spec of that crap celeron. then me be happy. then me wont need to post annoying stupd threads. then me will contribute more if i can. me stomp feet waiting for reply.

the new 768 (is that it?) semperons from AMD would be good , perhaps a 3000+
