PROCESS1_INITILIZATION_FAILED

I'm able to load XP fine on this pc, but when I create an XPE image and load
it on this machine, it gives a BSOD with PROCESS1_INITILIZATION_FAILED
0x0000006B. This happens right when the Windows XP screen comes up and the
scrolling bar is at the bottom. If I do a safe mode boot or safe mode w/
command prompt, it happens when classpnp.sys is loading. Any ideas?

Probably missing filesystem driver problem.

Same Issues diffrent program

I have the same PROCESS1_INITILIZATION_FAILED error, but it fails durring the start of program SPTD.sys is ther anything i can do?
