Process Monitor latest version: queries

T

Terry Pinnell

I recently updated SysInternals ProcMon to 2.93.

Q1: When I run it while Process Explorer is also running, I cannot stop
it. Using Ctl+e displays the standard message and that remains until I
forcibly close ("...not responding").
Are the two programs unable to run together?

Q2: Why does it now take so long to 'stop'? My old version was almost
immediate.

Why are you rehashing this Uniblue site if it is bonafide or not. Just 2 weeks ago
you went through the same exercise as you did 4 weeks ago and a few times before
that and now you are doing it again. How many people are you going to ask David.

I can run Process Monitor and Process Explorer together without a
problem. PM capture can be started and stopped at will.

Thanks for checking. I wonder why I couldn;t do so? I'll have another try
tomorrow.
