Process Flow Chart (Map)

I have been asked by my manager to produce a Process flow chart (map) using
PowerPoint 2002, which I have no problem with, but he has asked if I can get
a pop up box (text box) to appear when the mouse hovers over a shape. He
wants me to insert the complete textual steps to be taken at that point in
the process. Could someone please help by giving me simplistic instructions
on how to do this? TIA

Lucy,

Thanks for that. The only problem with that solution is that there is a
finite amount of information that you can input. I think the limit is 255
characters and as is usual I need to input more. I think I may have to resort
to using a text box. Thanks again for your help.

Hi Chris

Maybe try triggers instead then - it means clicking the shape rather than
mouse hover, but it's a great deal more flexible.
