Problems with the Link Bar

I have problems getting the Link Bar to show up on my published website with
the theme I want.

I use the "Afternoon" theme when I created the Web site (in my company's
server folder), and the Link Bar worked well. However, when I went to publish
the page onto the Web, the Afternoon theme does not show up, making my Link
Bar just a bunch of plain text.

Here is the URL for the site:

I used FrontPage 2003 as well, in case you needed to know that.

I would appreciate a prompt response.

None of the pages online have a theme applied
- no Theme tags in head sections
Format Theme select your theme and apply to all pages

I'm sorry, I may have been misunderstood...I don't wish to apply themes to
the entire page, only to the Link Bar.

However, even when I did try to apply a theme to the entire page, the Link
Bar still didn't show up right when I viewed it in Internet Explorer.

Is there any way in which I can get Afternoon-themed Link Bars to work on my
published site without using a theme for the entire page?

Only supported it you do it on a hosted server running the FP 2002 SE
