problems with sync and instinct phone

I was trying to sync my new instinct phone to my laptop. I keep getting an
error saying: Outlook information not found. Please reinstall application
on this workstation. If I am able to send emails out from this window, why
is it not recognizing my outlook?

We don't normally deal with Outlook issues in this newsgroup
which is for the purpose of supporting the Windows Mail program.
You will get more help by posting that question in the Outlook newsgroup:
