Problems with permissions!!!

Hi, I have a big problem with my XP. I start to probe the security setting of
my computer and now I cant access two drives!!!!! jajajajaja. I cant access
to my "D" drive!!! I probe to access as Administrator and I cant!!!!!!! But
if I start Windows with the cd and use rescue option (console) I can read
everything!!! I cant change the permission in windows eviroment, because I
dont have privileges to do it, even if I the administrator!!!!! Someone know
how to restore to defaults the permision in DOS eviroment???? Or how can i
restore it??? In win exist a command like chmod +777 of linux???

Someone can help me??? Thanks
