problems with outlook express

Diane Johnson

I need help please as to why my outlook express program
does not always allow me to access my email. I have an
error messsage to appear at times that reads: "outlook
express could not be started. The application was unable
to create the Internet account mgr. Your computer may be
out of memory or your disk is full. Contact microsoft
support for further assistance." (0X800705AA) Also,
another error message follows that one and reads: Outlook
express could not be started because MSDE. DLL could not
be initialized."

Could you please help me with this problem and explain to
me what could be the cause of this problem? Thank you
for your prompt assistance. Sincerely, Diane Johnson

does it always work immediatly after startup ?
If yes, then another program is causing the problem.
Perhaps a memory leak in a program you often use. After a while all memory
is consumed and you get these kinds of error.
This should however also give probs with other software then

Try to find out on which moment it doesn't work anymore.
Can you still make an internet-connection with IE ?

by trying some things out you can perhaps point the problemcauser.
