I'm having problems with the links on my trading account
webpage. It seems that all links that have a
Javascript:AppendSessionID('/XXX.asp') command do not work.
Here's a link to the page in question:
http://www.optionsxpress.com/
I've tried reinstalling IE 6.0, as well as reinstalling Sun
Javascript. I run both IE 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633
and Netscape 7.01, and this page doesn't work in either.
Oddly enough, after I reinstalled IE and Java, Netscape
allowed me to log in, but on the next reboot, I lost the
capability to log in. IE didn't work after the reinstalls.
Now, to throw another bit of weirdness - there was one
occasion where I was able to log in and navigate the
javascript links on IE, but upon next bootup, the
capability was lost again. I've looked in the MS support
KB and ensured my security settings are at the appropriate
levels - though I've done nothing to change them.
What could cause Javascript function to spontaneously stop
and then work intermittantly? Any ideas on where to look
or things to try would be appreciated.
