Hello,

I am a little confused about this issue. Please let me describe the problem
again and, if I have any misunderstanding, feel free to let me know:

Some day you found that some files in the most recent days were not
indexed. Then you tried to rebuild the Index. After you click OK button on
the page "Are you sure you want to rebuild the index", you found 0 items
are indexed on the page "Indexing Options".

Besides, I am not very clear about the last two sentience in your post,
would you please describe it in more detail?

Will you also please take a screenshot of the problem and send it to me at
(e-mail address removed) <mailto: (e-mail address removed)> for us to better
understand it?

Try the methods as Mark mentioned, and please also try the following steps
to rebuild the index:

1. Click Advanced button on the Indexing Options page. Change the Index
location to a new path.

2. Restart the "Windows Search" service in the Services console.

3. Click Modify button on the Indexing Options page. Ensure that you have
selected all the path that you want to include.

4. Click Advanced button on the Indexing Options page and the click Rebuild
button.

5. Wait until the operation completes.

Sincerely,
George Yin
