Problems with Direct X

I am trying to watch a VCD on my computer but my program
will not run it. One of their suggestions was that
if "there are 3 acceleration settings (DirectDraw, Direct
3D, and AGP Texture). If they are indicated as Not
Available..." I did a run dxdiag on my computer and they
were found as not available. Also all of the device
parameters are empty. Is there anywhere where I can
update this? Thanks.

Go to Start/Run and type in: dxdiag then More Help.

Thomas, have you gone to the Windows Update Site and downloaded DirectX 9
?
