works system says having problems with lots of items:

BDA Slip De-Framer
Brother MFC5100C USB Port(faxModem)
Brother MFC 5100C USB Scanner
Compaq MV520 Color Monitor
Compaq Presario 1400
ESS Allegro - 1 PCI Audio (WDM)
ESS Allegro - 1 DOS Emulation
ESS Allegro X MPU - 401 Compatible
HSP 56 Micro Modem
Logitech USB Video Camera
MFL Pro Port Driver (Com5)
NABTS/FEC VBI Codec

Any help you can give me with this I would appreciate.

Beth,

Did you check the hardware compatibility list (HCL) for
W2K. It sounds like you've got real incompatibility
issues.

Hmm, this is just about all your hardware, I'd thing I'd first check your
