Problems with Citrix NFuse Classic on W2K

Hi everybody

I have a problem with one server in my CITRIX farm. It is
a Windows 2000 Server with Service Pack 2 and running IIS
for an Nfuse Classic (XPa CITRIX, IMA in SQL Server 7).

The problem is that the users who want to connect via dial-
up simply can't connect.

I have another server running with the Service Pack 3 and
reporting no problem for the users who connect via dial-up
to the CITRIX farm.

Could anybody help me?

Are the dial-up users dialing up directly to that Citrix
server? What error messages do they receive?

Try stopping the IMA service and restarting it.
