Problems with Automated Slide show with embeded Video

I manage a Closed-Circuit system for the campus I work at that shows a
PowerPoint presentation. Recently we have tried to add video to the
presentation. The presentation is set to continuously run without user
intervention. I have tried to add the video through embeding the video in
the presentation and inserting through the development tab. Every time it
will stop playing the presentation after the video plays even though the
slide is told to change after 15 minutes (which is the length of the video)

I have checked other forums without any kind of help - any suggestions would
be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

May be this is the limitation of this PowerPoint. ^_^

There are some tips for you to play the presentation automatically
after the video plays.
1. Burn your presentation to DVD. Many PowerPoint to DvD burner lets
users burn the presentation to DVD and then play all the presentation
slide automatically, such as PPT2DVD (http://www.acoolsoft.com/#110)
2. Transfer your presentationt to Flash with screen recorder. Some
professional screen recorder lets users import the PowerPoint
presentation and then export to flash movie, all the presentation
slide will play automatically, such as Adobe captivate (http://
www.adobe.com)

best wishes.
