problems with ATI 9000 Radeon AIW and no TV available

After my recent problems with my ATI videocard I decided to install Windows
Xp
I followed all the instruction from ATI Website and guess what?? I can't any
longer
watch TV. Running the initialization Wizard it just skips asking for
scanning for TV channels!! Also running setup, there's no longer an option
for scanning TV.

I suddenly only can capture S-video and Composite!! What happend to the
TV?
or what am I doing wrong???

I really-really start to regret the purchase of this Video card!!

You need to get DirectX9b-KB825116-x86-ENU, that will help to get the
tvcard working again
