When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.net/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

To download HijackThis:

Right-click on the following link to download HJTsetup.exe:
http://www.thespykiller.co.uk/files/HJTsetup.exe > Choose 'Save as', saving
it to your desktop.

Double-click on the HJTsetup.exe icon on your desktop. (You can delete it
after you're done all of the following steps.)

By default it will install to C:\Program Files\HijackThis.

Continue to click Run/Next in the setup dialogue boxes until you get to the
Select Additional Tasks dialogue.

Put a check by Create a desktop icon then click Next again. (Use this
shortcut in the future to open/run HijackThis.)

Continue to follow the rest of the prompts from there.

At the final dialogue box click Finish and it will launch HijackThis.

Close all browser, messenger, mediaplayer and mail client
windows/applications then click on the 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
button.
