OS: Windows Vista Home Premium
Internet Connection: HSDPA
Problem:
Getting solutions for the applications problems.
No internet connection is detected.
No record or error on the events viewer.

Is there a solution for this other than downgrade?

Tnx

That's doesn't solve the problem. The feature must work otherwise what's the
point to have it in the OS?
Besides I've 154 problems, some of them are enduser problems. Just like the
"installanywhere" giving me problems to install some software from the Tax
Department. No matter what you do you don't get an updated driver on the
manufacter website. And that's just 1 of the problems.
Sorry no Karma. :|

Could you report some of the error messages you are seeing in Problem
Reports and Solutions? Also did you check make sure your web browser is
working in online mode? Have you gone to each developer or manufacturer
website for the individual items that are giving problems and install the
latest device drivers and or software updates?

Boa tarde Andre Da Costa.

IBefore the error I get:
1 - No solution for your language
2 - I select English (when available)

Then I get the error:

It's not possible to present the solution. Possible causes:
* You aren't connect to the internet [I am, since I'm writing this post]
* The Microsoft server might be down or with problems

Try again later... but later is never.

I can't find solution patches for some of the software problems I have. For
instance the Portuguese Tax Departments issued some applications written in
Java. The install aplication is the software from installanywhere - this one
gives me problems and fails to install. When looking, maybe I don't know how,
at the website for a solution I fail to get one. The same goes for Pinnacle
Studio 10....

And like I said before I have no use for a OS feature if it doesn't work on
my PC.
It works just fine at office PC [WVB] but not on my Home PC [WVHP].

Is it because I'm using a Vodafone Connect Box?

???
Obrigado
