Problems Printing from Outlook 2002

Please help. I have a user who cannot print from Outlook XP. When she
prints an email she only gets about a 10th of the email and then blank pages.
It will print out 30 some pages for a 3 sentence email.

MS Windows XP w/ SP2
MS Outlook XP w/ SP3

I have deleted all printers from the machine and deleted the print drivers
from the Server Properties. Reinstalled the printer in question and
installed my local printer, same results.

The user can print from MS Word with no problem.

Can print a test page with no problem from the printer properties.

Any suggestions??

The latest SP and patches are installed. As for the latest driver, I am not
sure, but she is the only one who is having this problem.
