Problems in Arabic numbers

when i writ numbers in word 2003 they appear as a western number not arabic
numbers

When you type the numbers, is Arabic correctly set as language in
Windows (does the language bar show AR)?
Which number keys are you using, the ones above the characters or the
numeric keypad on the right?
Do you have an Arabic keyboard or an English?
Do the numbers appear left-to-right or right-to-left?
