problems getting in my c: hardrive appcrash

When i try getting in my hard drive C: it does this so i can't go in my
documents files , please help me

i did it yesterday but didn't find anything , i have Mcafee anti-virus,he
didn't found anything maybe i could put my vista CD in just to repair windows
, ??? what do o u think i'm not a pro i'm just guessing !

i did what u said uninstalled mcafee and installed avg , but the problem
still there not able to go in crogram with out internet explorer stop
working .....
