Problems downloading SP2 from OEM site

Mark Kraft

Hi ,

I am having trouble downloading the SP2 update from the OEM site. I am
logged in. I click the download link. I type "I agree" it begins to do
something, then stops. At one point it had an hourglass up. Anyone else have
a problem downloading?

Thanks

Dear Mark,

Do you try to download this update at home or other places?

Sometimes, the proxy setting or security setting of the company makes
this problem.

Therefore, you may try to download it in another place.

Thank you for the recommendation. That is not the case. I was finally able
to get to a point in which the install exe runs. Unfortunately when I click
the start download now button it the status indicates that it is in a queue,
then just sits doing nothing. I let it run overnight but nothing happened.
Trying again this morning.

I have also contacted my XPe distributor for disks.

It just shouldn't be this difficult to get this update.

Thanks again
