Problems Booting Up

Martin

Everytime I try and boot up my computer windows fails to
load, giving an error message that C:\WINDOWS\System32
\config\system is missing or corrupt and to use the
Windows XP CD to repair this problem.

However, once I have pressed 'r' to get into the repair
console, I have no idea how to fix this problem, can
anyone help me at all?

Much thanks,
Martin

Pressing F8 during the boot phase, then selecting "Last known
good configuration" will probably fix your problem.
