Problems between Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 users

We have a group of about 50 users on an Exchange 2003 server who are
having calendaring issues. When they send and receive meeting
invitations or updates to or from users with a different Outlook
version multiple appoinments are created and mulitple cancellations
are sent. Most of these users are using Outlook 2007 and the issues
occur when communicating meeting requests and updates with users who
use Outlook 2003 who are also on the same Exchange 2003 server. Any
thoughts?

Well I did extensive testing with various accounts last night and it
turns out it hasn't got anything to do with outlook client versions. I
has to do with the BB server, which was recently upgraded to be
compaitible with Exchange 2007. Now our Exchange 2003 users with
blackberries are getting duplicates on their calendars whenever
meetings are updated. Well they'll be moved to the new server soon,
and I verified that the ones on the exchange 2007 server are not
getting the duplicates.
